About Us
Who We Are
SARIAM Mental Health & Therapy Consultants is a multidisciplinary mental health and developmental wellness clinic based in Parklands, Nairobi. We support children, adolescents, emerging adults, adults, and families through evidence-based, compassionate, and culturally responsive care.
Our team brings together professionals across psychiatry, psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and developmental wellness services to provide coordinated, person-centred support under one roof to diverse populations, grounded in clinical excellence, dignity, and ethical care.

To provide ethical, evidence-based, and compassionate mental health and developmental wellness support that empowers individuals and families to thrive emotionally, socially, and functionally.
A society where mental health and developmental differences are understood early, supported effectively, and treated with dignity, enabling individuals to reach their full potential.

Our Goal
SARIAM exists to close the gap between need and access in mental health and developmental wellness services.
Too often, individuals and families:
- struggle to find timely, coordinated support
- receive fragmented or conflicting services
- face stigma, fear, or misunderstanding
- are told to “wait and see” when early support matters most
We exist to offer clear pathways to care, grounded in science, compassion, and cultural understanding. We help people not only manage difficulties, but build meaningful, functional lives.
Our Philosophy
At SARIAM, we believe mental health is not separate from development, relationships, physical health, or daily functioning.
We take a holistic and integrated approach, recognising that emotional wellbeing, communication, behaviour, learning, and family systems are deeply connected. Our work combines:
- medical and clinical expertise
- psychological and emotional support
- developmental and communication therapies
- functional and life-skills rehabilitation
Care is always tailored because no two people, and no two families, are the same.
Our Core Values
Our work is guided by the following core values:
- Compassion: We approach every individual and family with empathy, respect, and genuine care.
- Integrity: We uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of our work.
- Collaboration: We believe meaningful progress happens through partnership with clients, families, professionals, and communities.
